Getting older is part of life. And if you are getting older (like us), then you also know that things work differently with age.
Our joints and muscles feel sore, and we don’t recover as quickly as we once did from a hard day of work or exercise. Those things are true for your mouth as well, which is why it is particularly important to keep up with your oral health with each passing year.
The good news is that you know what to do to keep your mouth in good shape:
- Brush your teeth twice daily
- Floss your teeth each day
- Eat healthy food
- Limit snacks
- Visit your general dentist regularly
