Meet Dr. Alan C. Wong, an Empathetic Dentist
Dr. Alan C. Wong joined Dossett Dental in 2022. He graduated from the University of California, San Diego with his Bachelor of Science in Human Biology and Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. He received his Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in 2014. He went on to complete a General Practice Residency at Wyckoff Heights Medical Center in 2016.
He decided to pursue dentistry in college after watching a dentist perform an emergency surgical extraction on a patient. Seeing the relief this patient had after having their decayed tooth removed made him realize the meaningful impact dentistry had on someone’s life. That’s what motivated him to become a dentist.
Dr. Wong has been practicing dentistry since 2014. He’s empathetic and aims to provide patients with a pain-free and seamless experience in the dental chair. His favorite part of his job is getting patients out of pain.
In his spare time, he loves jogging and going to the movies.
