Dossett Always Makes Her Comfortable

My whole life never had cavities or anything and then I finally came in and found out I had all kinds of work that needed to be done. So I had several appointments over a course of a year in here a lot. We did crown work, root canals, filled the cavities, and it was all amazing. It’s been a wonderful experience and I have referred friends here and family, and we will all continue to come. I had never had a crown before and I had to receive too. So it was different trying to learn how to chew and do all that again, but it wasn’t any problem of this.

It was just me getting used to all of it, and once all of that was just a comfort zone for me to get to everything is wonderful, absolutely. I experienced extreme dental anxiety, and once I let the staff and the doctor know, they made sure to make my experience wonderful. Even on the phone, the staff is wonderful, when you come in very welcoming and once you get back into your seat, they make the whole experience amazing. And even though I’m moving to another town, we will still drive back here for them.

She Gets Lots of Compliments on Her Smile

Well, the first time I came, they made me really feel at ease because I’ve always been afraid to go to the dentist. When I was a little girl, the dentist was scary, and they really put me at ease.

I was real unhappy with my smile. As I was aging, I’ve noticed it wasn’t like it used to be, and then I had the chipped tooth, so I came in and that’s when I discussed it with the doctor. And she suggested the crowns instead of veneers, and I’m so glad I went that way. I’m very pleased.

That’s one thing. They kept me well-informed of each step they were going to take, and I guess I had to come in three times, and then it was complete. And then it was like, “Oh wow, I should’ve done this years ago.” I just keep getting compliments. Even in the grocery store, I’ve had a couple of people stop me that I didn’t even know, which was like, I was taken back. That means a lot when a stranger says that to you, so that meant a lot to me. But I have noticed that I’ve had more confidence. I smile more. You don’t really even realize it, but you do.

The staff here is great, they’re easy to work with, they always make sure you’re comfortable, and go out of their way to make sure you’re taken care of. They go out of their way to be open on Saturdays, they’re open for any kind of emergencies, and they just take care of you. The quality of care has been awesome, I mean, everybody has their fear of dentist, I never had that from the first time I came here to the last visit I have had. Everybody’s always so willing to take care of you and make sure you’re comfortable, that’s why I keep coming back.

He Got The Smile He’s Always Wanted

I was never confident because this tooth was chipped, has been chipped since I was eight. I got it fixed then. It didn’t last very long, so I just let it go. And when I came here for my first visit, I’m like, “You know what? I need to get it fixed.” So ever since then, between that and the widening, it’s a game changer. I’m like, “What else can I do?” And they’re like, “Well, what about teeth whitening?” I’m like, “I’m here. Let’s do it. Let’s get it done, and see what it’s like.” And it was a night and day difference.

When I first started coming here, it was the Zoom whitening, and then when they come up with their take home deal, I’ve used that, I don’t know, 10 or 12 times now, and I’m still on my first vial, and there’s like four or five vials, six vials, so that’s going to last me forever, and it’s easy to do, convenient, and you can do it anytime, anywhere. That’s the first thing that people say when they first see me, if I haven’t seen them in a while. They’re like, “Something’s different.” They can’t really pick it out. Then I have to tell them, “Look, I got this fixed. I do teeth whitening.” They’re like, “Oh my gosh.” They’re like, “Yeah, you’re so right. It’s a big difference.” Yeah, I’m not afraid to smile or show my smile.
