Dr. Lizanne Holloway Loves Making Patients Comfortable in the Dental Chair
Dr. Holloway is an Arlington Texas native who developed an early interest in dentistry while traveling to dental offices with her father, who sold orthodontic supplies. Seeing the difference that dentists make in the lives of others really inspired her!
She graduated from Texas A&M (WHOOP!) in 2012 with her undergraduate degree in kinesiology. It was there she found her love for community service through dental mission trips to Honduras. Dr. Holloway continued following her passion for community service while obtaining her dental degree in San Antonio at the University of Texas Health Science Center, where she graduated magna cum laude. As a part of the Christian Medical Dental Association, she had the opportunity to help underserved areas of South Texas while attending school.
Dr. Holloway strives to provide comprehensive dental care with a patient-first mentality. Her patients love how she makes them feel comfortable in the dental chair. They also appreciate her great sense of humor and how she explains their treatment needs in a way they can understand. A member of the American Dental Association and the Texas Dental Association, she has completed special training in Invisalign and dental sedation.
Dr. Holloway also has a love for fitness and health. She was a fitness instructor through both undergrad and dental school, and she now enjoys attending fitness classes, walking her golden retrievers Goldie and Ellie, and spending free time on the lake with her fiancé. Dr. Holloway also has a love for travel and finds it hard to resist a good book!
