We try to treat every aspect that a family would need so that you can come to one location and not have to seek care at other offices as well.
My whole life never had cavities or anything and then I finally came in and found out I had all kinds of work that needed to be done. So I had several appointments over a course of a year in here a lot. We did crown work, root canals, filled the cavities, and it was all amazing. It’s been a wonderful experience and I have referred friends here and family, and we will all continue to come. I had never had a crown before and I had to receive too. So it was different trying to learn how to chew and do all that again, but it wasn’t any problem of this.
It was just me getting used to all of it, and once all of that was just a comfort zone for me to get to everything is wonderful, absolutely. I experienced extreme dental anxiety, and once I let the staff and the doctor know, they made sure to make my experience wonderful. Even on the phone, the staff is wonderful, when you come in very welcoming and once you get back into your seat, they make the whole experience amazing. And even though I’m moving to another town, we will still drive back here for them.
Well, the first time I came, they made me really feel at ease because I’ve always been afraid to go to the dentist. When I was a little girl, the dentist was scary, and they really put me at ease.
I was real unhappy with my smile. As I was aging, I’ve noticed it wasn’t like it used to be, and then I had the chipped tooth, so I came in and that’s when I discussed it with the doctor. And she suggested the crowns instead of veneers, and I’m so glad I went that way. I’m very pleased.
That’s one thing. They kept me well-informed of each step they were going to take, and I guess I had to come in three times, and then it was complete. And then it was like, “Oh wow, I should’ve done this years ago.” I just keep getting compliments. Even in the grocery store, I’ve had a couple of people stop me that I didn’t even know, which was like, I was taken back. That means a lot when a stranger says that to you, so that meant a lot to me. But I have noticed that I’ve had more confidence. I smile more. You don’t really even realize it, but you do.
The staff here is great, they’re easy to work with, they always make sure you’re comfortable, and go out of their way to make sure you’re taken care of. They go out of their way to be open on Saturdays, they’re open for any kind of emergencies, and they just take care of you. The quality of care has been awesome, I mean, everybody has their fear of dentist, I never had that from the first time I came here to the last visit I have had. Everybody’s always so willing to take care of you and make sure you’re comfortable, that’s why I keep coming back.
Best dental service!! I was looking for dentist for my kids for a long time. Dentist and the staff was very friendly and honest. As long as we live in Frisco, we will go there.
They are absolutely caring and helpful everyone was nice!!! And the went above and beyond they didn’t treat me funny cz I don’t have insurance!!!
I Lost a crown suddenly on the top front left of my teeth So I immediately called Dossett dental on Legacy. Even though I did not have an appointment @ 1 pm when I called & they close at 3 PM, the sweet front desk people told me to come on in & they would find a way to squeeze me in. What awesome customer service. I arrived @ 2 pm and was out of there in 30 minutes……so professional. Great work all around and thank you Dossett Dental! Michael Brown

Best dentist ever!! I had an abscessed tooth in the back of my mouth and the dentist was wonderful. Only hurt for a minute or so. Saved my mouth from something that came on quickly and was remedied just as fast!! Thank you!
