I think I do what I do because it gives me immense satisfaction and motivation to hone my skills every day. And plus, I think general dentistry is one such profession where one can never get bored. Each tooth is different, each patient is different. I graduated from India as a dentist year 2008, and I did one year of internship where I was also awarded for community dentist. I did one year as an associate, and then I came here to United States, year 2010. I gave my board exams, graduated year 2013. I was awarded for exceptionally growth and professionalism upon graduation. And I've been working since then.
Continuing educations, I make sure I am always updated. My most recent was doing root canals and retreats. In the past I've also done Invisalign. I've also done continuing education on surgical extractions, implant dentistry, and I continue to hope to keep honing my skills.
Dr. Mujibunnisa Shaik’s motto is to relieve her patients from pain and restore healthy teeth and gums. She does this each and every day. In fact, one of the reasons she wanted to become a dentist was so that she could use her hands-on skills to care for patients while restoring their health.
Dr. Shaik was recognized at graduation from dental school in 2013 for exceptional growth and professionalism. She is kind and considerate toward her patients and their needs and has had the opportunity to see patients around the world, even in rural India. The best part of the job, though, is working with our warm staff members to create beautiful smiles.
Dr. Shaik is a strong believer in continuous learning and has completed courses in dental implants, laser dentistry, and wisdom teeth impaction.
In her free time, Dr. Shaik enjoys playing badminton, swimming, and spending time with her daughter.
